Service Area
We ship to all countries and regions worldwide, excluding sanctioned or war-affected areas.
Shipping Fees
• Free shipping applies when the order subtotal reaches USD 88 and the delivery address is in:
Hong Kong SAR China, Macao SAR China, Taiwan China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam.
• For all other destinations or orders below USD 88, SF Express International’s live rate will be displayed at checkout. You must confirm the cost before payment is processed.
Carrier & Transit Time
• SF Express International handles the entire journey.
• In-stock items dispatch within 48 hours; made-to-order items ship within 48 hours of completion.
Duties & Taxes
• All prices include customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid).
• If customs still charges you any fees, pay first, keep the receipt, and we will reimburse you in full within 24 hours.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, the system automatically emails you the SF Express tracking number for real-time tracking.
Delayed / Lost Parcels
• No tracking update for 7 business days → our customer service will open an investigation with SF Express.
• If the parcel is confirmed lost → we will either reship free of charge or issue a full refund (including shipping fees).
Address & Contact Accuracy
• Buyers are responsible for entering a complete and correct address (street number, unit number, street name, postal code) and valid contact details at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays, returns, or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable recipient information.
