Thank you for shopping at San-He Jade
For all purchases, we offer an exchange or refund within 7 days after receive, and we provided all of the following conditions are met:
• the item must be unused;
• the item must be in the same, original condition in which you first received it;
• the item must be returned in its original packaging together with the purchase receipt.
To start an exchange or return, contact us at qyuan926@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we’ll email you a return-shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchange & Return – Shipping Cost & Fees
Who pays for shipping?
• Broken or wrong item: We cover all round-trip shipping costs
• 7-day no-reason return / exchange for personal reasons (e.g., size, change of mind):
– If the order originally enjoyed free shipping, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping fees.
– The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost back to us.
Handling / Depreciation Fees
• Returns or exchanges without quality issues: No depreciation fees as long as the item is unused, certificates and packaging are intact, and the product is in resalable condition.
• If the item shows human-caused wear, missing certificates, or damaged packaging, we may either refuse the return/exchange or apply a depreciation deduction, which will be subtracted from the refund.
Special Notes
• Earrings and any pierced jewelry are non-returnable/non-exchangeable once the seal is broken for hygiene reasons.
• All exchange or return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt; requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
